About Us

Enactus is an international organization that connects student, academic and business leaders through entrepreneurial-based projects that empower people to transform opportunities into real, sustainable progress for themselves and their communities.

In the Spring of 2016, 4 Cal students founded Enactus at UC Berkeley after one student participated in Enactus at the University College Utrecht during her study abroad semester. Less than one year later, the club has grown to include 28 members, 5 new project ideas, 1 faculty staff adviser, and a Unilever business advisory board collaboration. The team sent 4 members to fall regional training conference in 2016, participated in their first ever virtual competition last year, and recently competed live.

Our chapter at UC Berkeley is a group of highly motivated students from a wide variety of academic and social backgrounds working together to provide opportunities for improved livelihoods in our community. We currently are working on three projects – feel free to read about them and their progress on their respectable pages above!
